Using Acccess 2007 ,i have a report with a list of dates with reservations ,30 pages ,i sometimes want to print not all pages ,say i want to print from march to july , i have no idea which pages to print ,print preview only shows 12 pages.
Is there a way to view all pages ?
I know i can filter the dates and make a report ,but i have several groupings and sortings in the report, i would have to make these every time i run a "new" report.
Thank you in advance ,Lin

sounds strange
if there are 30 pages, print preview should show 30 pages
to my knowledge, theres definitely nothing in print preview that prevents advancement past a particular page

I don't know of any version of Access that will allow you to preview more than 12 pages on a single page use the buttons at the bottom of the Report to scroll to the next batch or preview the pages normally, ie one at a time

That just lets you show a total of 12 pages at one time. You can page through that using the navigation (just like Rich said).
