New to Access, sorry.

Is there a way to create a form template?
I have several tables to create and want to use a similar form for each.

Can I copy the form, rename it, and then link it to another table?

From the database window, right click the form you wish to duplicate, choose "Save As/Export....", then choose "Within the current database as", change the name to what you wish in the "New Name", then click OK. That all there is to it.

Look up templates/forms and reports in help which will explain the process. Once you have created a form or report you want to use as a template you can go to tools/options/forms-reports tab to tell Access what it's name is.
