*I'm new at this.....
I've created a form, based on a simple query, but I'm unable to add new records. The icon for "new record" at the bottom of the form in Form View is shaded & clicking it has no effect. Tabbing in the Datasheet view has no effect. Any idea what I must do to enter new records? Thanks, Dennis

Check in the properties list of the form, make sure that Allow Additions is set to Yes.
