Hello, I'm pretty new using Access, but I would like to know if I can make a Main Menu with bottoms and when I click on one bottom get or show me the reports that I have in my database and the other question is How to make a shortcut into my desktop to access easy to this menu and get the information more quickly. :confused:

Use the switchboard manager in Access for easy assigning of reports/forms to a menu in Access that automatically comes up when you open your db. Create a shortcut to your DB on your desktop and it'll be a snap.
