I am using Access 2003,created a report with some sub reports.Everything looks good when i run the report on the screen,when i printing the report one of the sub report values are not shown and report is coming in only one page but when i run the report 2nd page also coming.

What may be the problem,pls help me i am struggling for a week to resolve this problem.

make sure your display when properties of your subreport is set to "always" and not "screen only"

Actually that property is only on forms.

Check to make sure your subform control is sized properly (and the subform itself) because if you don't then you can get funny results when printing. You need to ensure your subform size (width) is a bit under the width of the page because the main form takes up a little of that room as well. That could be why you're getting the extra page.

I would have to see the db to know for sure what is happening.

Due to security restriction i can't send you db.This project is coverted from 97 to 2003.Is there any problems with converstion.
