there's a template in microsoft called personal contact manager

in the navigation pane there's a form called contact details

when i double click in this form it open in a new window and it's over every thing else in the program

how to make mine act like that

because my form always have an wanted space i don't know why it appear

and i found in this template he didn't use the overlapping option and still use the tabed document option

how that ??

You could try setting the form modal. it then fixes the focus on the form and nothing else.
