I used the label wizard to create a labels report with 3 labels per row but every time I run it I get the warning message 'some data may not be displayed' saying there is not enough horizontal space and suggesting I reduce the number of columns. The help screen states 'may be a result of using a report created with the label wizard ...... this message can be ignored'.

The labels print OK, but I would rather not get this message every time. Is there any way of suppressing it?

Try reducing the report margins.
