I am trying to figure out the following on a report:

say i print a report out and on the report there is 10 records
how do i show them as 5 down one side and 5 down the other

i am at the minute getting 5 records down one side and the same 5 on the other side

basically i am trying to save paper

In Page Setup, look at the Columns tab. In design view of the report, you would only have the data field once.
