I have a form with customer details, I want it so that if an employee of mine tries to enter a new record of a customer that is already on the database it will automatically fill out the rest of the form.

I've tried using the find record command but I've found it opens the one I want but it still creates a record with just the first and last name in it. Any way to avoid this?

just to be a bit more specific with it, if I enter the first name and last name I want it to search the database (perhaps on lastname lose focus???) to fill out the rest of the address fields etc
