I need help creating a Purchase Order Form in Access 97. I am lost. Any suggestions? I don't see a template for it in the wizard.

Look at the paper form the company currently uses. Talk to the user about which fields need to be added or deleted. Then make a form that satisfies the business requirements. Be prepared to modify your table design if you have already built it without gathering requirements.
