I have 3 tables, suppliers, addresses and orders. When I put an order in I want to fill in the address and supplier using combo boxes e.g I select 'supplier' and it fills in address, contact and phone no from the linked table. I want the same again for supply address. This completed order form then needs to all be moved to a report, when I click the print report button. Can anyone help? I know it's a big task but can someone help, either by typing a reply or sending me an example DB Cheers Steven

I might suggest that you look at the Northwind database that comes with Access as most of your question can be answered there....
