I have a database of over 200 records. The form includes a memo field which normally seems to function perfectly but for one record (always the same one) it keeps saying it cannot save the record as someone else is using it. As there are only five people in the office it is easy to check this, and I have found that this occurs even when only one person is in the database. Please does anybody have any suggestions as I am being castigated for this situation by my fellow workers as I wrote the database. Please help!!

Do you have more than one form/subform/query which uses the table open at a time?
