Can we get a reason why Colin was banned and who banned him?

Hmmm. It's too bad, really. He has been awfully grumpy for a long time. I've been wondering what's going on with him.

I've wished several times that he could get back to being the happy(er) Col from back when I first started visiting here. :(

On the other hand, his antagonistic posting is a main reason I haven't visited as much. Every thread turns out to be the same. :(

What may I ask was the tipping point remark that you saw as out of line (And please quote him so that I can fully understand)?
