I installed a switchedboard on a simple database.

I now no longer have full menus and cannot for instance see the SQL behind my queries.
The top of my screen only gives the options
"File Window Help".

How do I restore my full menus?

Try holding down shift key while opening the DB.

I had already tried holding the shift key but it did not work.

I solved the problem by creating a new database and importing all the tables , forms etc.
