hello, this might be very simple or very hard!

I am trying to take a working DDE link from a data acquisition system that is already sending data into an sheet in excel (this works fine). I want to take this information in column form (vertical) and relocate it into row form (horiziontal), in another sheet, when a triggering cell unit (Lap number) changes (from the DDE link sheet). I want to use lap number in the cell to trigger the data movement. I want to tabulate the data in row form so if previous data has been sent to goto the next row and to continue until cell number doesnt change.

I hope someone can help me as im struggling with this.
