I need to know if there is a way to edit the html email Access 2007 generates in Outlook 2007. I am selecting a table in Access, and clicking on the "Create Email" icon from the Collect Data toolbar. I have to select HTML format because many of the people receiving my email don't have InfoPath. Once the wizard is complete, it opens the email message in Outlook. The form is in a table format, but it has a content control on it preventing it from being altered. I can right click on this table and select "Remove Content Control" but once I'm done formatting it the way I want it, I can't put that content control back on. I need to have the content control back on in order to prevent the receivers from altering the table in any way, the only area they can type in are the fields they need to fill in. Can someone help me do this??
