Is there a simple way to call up reports from a button on a form? Please as
I am new to access I may need step by step

Create a command button on your form using the Wizard. On the first screen of the Wizard in the left window select Report Operations. In the window on the right select either Preview or Print Report. Then just continue to follow the Wizard.

Thanks..it is very helpful. I realized that I had written the question after a 12 hour trip and was a little tired.

What I wanted to accomplish is a way to create say a drop down list that has all the reports listed and the person can click on the one they want.

Again I appologize for not being clearer but that was because I wasn't very clear.
