Does that make any sense? Okay,...I have created a basic invoicing form and have normalised all the related table. While at the account doing some service work, we were asked to re-tasg all the assets with new papaer forms. Each has several fields to record make, model,...blah..blah. Each form has a unique on the asset. My problem is, while the invoice report on the screen shows the subform and all the new asset tag numbers, it shows it in a columnar format. But when I go to print the invoice, the printer prints mutiplepages listing the asset numbers in a column. My question is, can I some how force it to print only fives rows, then go up make a new column beside the other, then print another five..and so on and so on? This way, I could print the invoice and also show more than 10 asset numbers.

Any thoughts or advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
