Is it possible to filter anything with a total of zero so it does not show on a report? I've tried entering into the criteria in the query but this won't work.

It should be possible. Have you tried >0 in your criteria?

Thanks - I have created a make table query and then produced the report from a query using that, so it's all sorted now!
