Hello Friends,
I just wanted to know that if i want to export any file from access to Excel (which I know) and then if i want to connect it with that main table of Access so once I enter any new row in it then I will have the new data in Excel once I refresh it in Excel.
What I tried is , after exporting the file to Excel I went to the Connection tab in Excel and connect to the respective Database table. But now If I enter new row or column in Access and after saving and closing that table if i go to the Excel and refresh in that connected table, I am getting no new data. So Please help me out in that case.

Thanks

Howzit

In excel use Data > Import External Data > New Database Query > MS Access Databases

Select the database you want to connect to, select the query \ table you want to export from etc.

When you add new records to your table, the data will show in excel by Rt Clicking \ Refresh data
