I disabled the drop down menus on my database for security purposes via
Tools, Startup and unchecked Allow Full Menus. How do I unhide the menu
options?

Hold down the shift key until your application is opened. Then go in and set them back. =]

i didnt get you ,, can u pls make yourself more clear

1 - Hold down the key on the keyboard that is printed with word "Shift"
2 - Using the other hand, use the mouse button to open the database with a rapid action double-click
3 - Keep holding down the key in Step 1 until the application is opened
4 - Upon opening, the menu bar should be revealed. Release the key mentioned in Step 1
5 - Navigate the menus and check the correct options to show your menus again
