heya,
i'm annoyed with vista defrag. in previous versions, you could 'see' what defrag was doing with the diagramatic representation of blocks or lines, and how far in the process it was with % complete info/progress bar.
vista has just one dialog box with "this may take a few minutes to a few hours". no details, no visual representation - no nothing! i don't know whether it's about to finish or only just started!
does anyone know how to get that detail displaying during defrag like in the older versions??

Yeah, go to AusLogics Defrag (free and is faster than the Vista or XP defrag):
http://www.auslogics.com/en/software/disk-defrag
As for Vista - no there is no way to display it.

Yeah, I like that program and use it on all of my computers. Also, I was checking out your city on Google Maps street view and it was interesting getting to actually see real shops and buildings and all.

Cool area - I would love to be able to go to Australia someday. The only problem is that it is such a long trip. It was bad enough going to Palau, and I'm not sure I can handle a long trip like that again. I'm just not cut out for long-distance travel. :D
