I am trying to get my database to output a report to a .tif or a .mdi format but without success. At the moment it is coming out as a snapshot, but the people that we are having to email it to do not have the capability of opening a snapshot.

So to stop them from having to struggle I thought that it would be better for me to change the database.

The snapshot reader is a free download if it is not already installed on a computer. It is usually installed with Office but I guess not every computer in the world has Office.
