I have a dbase exe I need to convert to access. I can get to the tables via import but it's a conversion tool and stores no real data so that pc is done. I need to get to the formulas, etc in the calculations logic. Anybody here good with doing this type stuff? It's a real small set of files so I could post it if anyone wants to give it a shot...

You mean you have the source files for the exe???

You can probably read them using notepad...

I dont think (as far as I know) you can decompile an EXE to source... in most any language... and neither you can in DBASE.

Without the source files, which must be SOMEwhere ?? you are quite stuck IMHO.

We deal heavy in dbase IV to Access. I'm not sure what your trying to do. I should be a help if I knew.
