Can anyone tell how to change the icon on the title bar of all forms

From Tools on the menu bar select Startup and complete the Application Icon file path to a bitmap or icon file, e.g. C:\myFolder\myIcon.bmp

I have tried that but it only seems to change the application title bar but not the individual forms

any other ideas
