Thanks, Tom Cynthia_D 01-16-2001, 10:28 AM You need to go into View, then Toolbars, then select Toolbox. On that toolbar there is a Command Button option. Select it and make sure the toolbar wizard is also selected. Draw the command button. When the Command Button Wizard pops up, select Record Operations, then Print Record, and follow what it says. When you switch back to form view, you will see the print button and will be able to print the current record by selecting that button. I hope this helps. Cynthia |
