I selected some of the buttons on the Startup menu and now I do not have access to anything except for the one form that pops up. Please Help!

go back to the startup and check all the check boxes.

My situation was more completed than that. I had to go through windows explorer and enter the database pushing shift+enter.

ahh , well glad you figured it out and I learned something new to.
