We have a database where we track employees job duties each day. I want to create a form that has a check list of all the potential job assignments. The foremen will then check what duty is assigned to the employee for that day. The duties change throughout the year but not daily. What I want if possible is when I select an employee, the fields are checked off as of yesterdays (or the last) assignment. The problem is each employee has a different set of duties.

I have a simplified version of the database created for someone to look at if possible
