Is there any way to have Access automatically type out an entry you have already used previously (on a form, in datasheet view) as in Excel? For example, in Excel, if you type "whatever" on one line, you only need to type in "w" or "wh" on the next line; Excel then fills in the rest. I would imagine the same thing can be done in Access, but I don't know how to do that. Please advise...Thanks.

As in Excel, if the previous record has the same info for the same field, you can hold down the Ctrl + ' (control apostophe) to get the same info for the same field in the previous record.
