I can't seem to be able to print a single record from my form. When ever I try to, the printer spits out about 18 pages each with a word or two on it or sometimes just a straight line (as if it is trying to emulate the boxes around the data). Any tricks on how to print a single record in my form format? Or even just from the table (if I have to).

Use a report.

In the form's design view, right-click on the detail section you want to print and then at the bottom, choose properties. In the format tab at Force New Page choose After Section from the drop-down. Your print button should then print one record. Or, in the print dialogue box, use the number of the record showing at the bottom of your form window in layout view, as the page number to print one copy of.
