I'm posting this "dumb down" version of the database which I'm dicussing in the main forums. (this thread (http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=166010)). This version has no detials in but most all of the fields are the same (i.e. format, type etc). And there are a few key records.
