I currently have an asset database built for hardware and software and am planning to add a module to th db for processing purchase orders. It would allow you to enter a request, forward it on via e-mail for approvals and once all the approvals were accepted, it would notify finance that it was ready to be processed and faxed and to notify the requestor of the submitted order. I also want to secure the database for log in's etc... any thoughts on how I might want to proceed... has anyone created one similar that I could review for some ideas... right now we are in design mode.
