I would like to place a List Box in my form to input multiple items belonging to the same group(I don't want the user to always input group info for each item) The List Box seems to be the only way to input incremented data in forms.
These items need to be displayed in reports or printed versions of forms

please tips on syntaxe/steps for list box or other alternative.

What is your table layout? When you say that you want to 'input multiple items belonging to the same group', are you talking about adding multiple items to the same field within a single record, to multiple records, or do you want to use them as criteria for a filter or query?
