Using Access 2007 and Word 2007 is there a way to export a report WITHOUT losing the formatting I have used in Memo fields? I defined the field in the database as RTF as well as in the report. The formatting (bulleted lists) works fine in the report in Access but when I export it to Word 2007 the formatting is lost. If I create a document in Word with the formatting I am using, namely bulleted list and save it as a .RTF file the formatting is maintained so it is not a problem with the RTF format.
My problem is my customer requires the reports in Word so, even though everything is fine in Access reports, I have to convert them to Word.
Any help with this problem will be appreciated
