Hi all,

Hope you can help. I have a report that people would like like to see in a coloured format. It is for a charity risk database.

I have a report that runs and in one of the fields it should return - Low Medium or High.

What I would like is for the Low to have a background of Green, the Medium with Amber and finally the High with Red.

Just to add that the field that I would like the background changed is a text field (don't know if that would help)

Any assistance or pointers is greatly appreciated.

Take a look at Format/Conditional Formatting (on the ribbon in 2007).
