I have been trying to create this but with no success. Could someone please help me out, and make it an easy guide for someone like me with little experience.

PS I am using Access 97. Is the command button wizard on the toolbar?

Click the toolbox icon on the toolbar when in form design view make sure the wizard is selected, drag the command button from the toolbar, the wizard will create the code based on the option chosen
