Hello again,

Thanks to Rich and Pat who replied to my earlier queries. Rich - am I am bimbo, or what?!! (ha ha) I have a form which I use for searching my table, and the results are displayed in table view. All I want to do is to be able to double click on each individual record displayed and display that record as a form. Im new to this and can't really understand what Pats answer is telling me. I have recreated another form but dont know how to make it look like a table (or even what that means). Somebody help me pleeaasse!!

Select datasheet as the default value for the form in the form's property sheet.
