My user's fill in work orders using a nice looking user friendly little form, but I don't want to waste the ink printout all of that junk, so I've set up a query to select the needed fields from the currently displayed record for the Printable report. This works great, expect when trying to print the newly added report. The user's must open a new report and then return to the one that they've just created for the query to recognize the Record. I've tried having the Macro that launches the report, throught the query save first, but that doesn't work either. Anyone have any suggestions?
