I've set the switchboard to open upon login and then the user's have only a search or open form option. All works well until I realized that they can only view the records that are entered while the form is open. If the form is closed (to return to the Switchboard or log off), the form will not allow them to view any of the previous records. If they access the Form from the database and not through the switchboard, everything is accessable. I thought that it might have to do with the OPen Form in Add MOde command line on the switchboard, but I've changed it to OPen in EDit MOde and it's still messed up....any suggestions?

Make sure the DataEntry property of the form is set to No.

Figured it out: When you create the switchboard, it lets you choose between "Add Mode" and "Edit Mode" - "Add Mode" only brings up a blank form, "Edit Mode" shows all records. You can easily change that through the switchboard manager! Hope this works for you - it solved my problem!

Sorry - you've obviously already tried "edit mode".......
