I downloaded Windows Vista RC1 64 bit and when i tired to install it gives me that not valid win32 application. so i have a question if i install windows xp x64 and then try to install windows vista will that work? or there is another solution to my problem

Have you tried booting from the DVD?

You cant install a 64 bit from a 32 bit from my knowledge.... I wouldnt bother installing 64bit xp then going to vista either.. try booting from the install disc....

Welcome - a couple of questions though, you downloaded it ? legally it trust ? ;)

Do you have a 64bit processor and more than 3Gig of RAM - if not why bother and also remember applications will only benefit if they are written for a 64bit O/S.
