Is there any way to prevent the wheel on a Microsoft Mouse from moving through records in Access 2000? It seems my users cannot grasp the "don't use the middle button" concept, and turning off the wheel completely does not seem to be an option.

I know you are at your wits end and don't want our humor, but this struck me as hilareous and SOOOOO true when it comes to users. We are constantly bombarded with requests to save users from their own <insert derogatory word of your choice here>. Thanks for the laugh...

That's quite alright. Actually the post was in 2000 so I am quite surprised people are just answering it now!

Anyhow, I told the users they would have to develop some intelligence. Since they couldn't they have selected someone to go through the db every so often and remove the blanks.... hehe.
