I have numerous fields set up as tick boxes. I set up several spare fields, named "Other1", "Other2", etc, because I know that inevitably I will need to add fields. They are being used to identify multiple sets of skills, in a database of CVs.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE....
A bigger question: I suspect my design is flawed, and that I shouldn't be adding gallons of fields, but how else can I allow one name to have many categories of work experience, many roles within those categories, many skill sets within those roles, and a plethora of skills within the skill sets?
My goodness, this question just keeps getting BIGGERER! Would love some help.
