Hi Guys
I have recently downloaded the Microsoft Issues template from Access 2007 and I have integrated it into our intranet so users are able to log IT calls as well as monitor the progress of their logged calls. The first problem I have is that the database is not a relational database. Secondly, I work for the holding company which supports about 5 or so different companies. What I am looking to do is write a query and design a report to be able to report all calls by company, as well as all calls by user. The database is pretty much exactly the same as when you download it through access 2007, with only minor changes. If anyone could assist me with writing a query on how to report calls by company and by user I would really appreciate it. The company name goes in the company field in the contacts table.
If you need any more information please let me know.
Thanks in advance for your help.
