Its been behaving nicely and all of a sudden when I open a form called Contacts, the macro opens it and maximizes it but it now maximizes to cover the whole screen including the icons at the top of the page!

What the hell have i done?

I noticed that your form was doing that in the sample that you sent me. The only way that I found to fix it was to copy all the fields on the form and then paste them into a new Form. That seemed to cure the problem.
