Hi, I think I've completely messed this up -I went into security wizard and set up a new workgroup, it secured the database then at the end it said the workgroup couldn't be saved as I was logged in as Admin and I would have to log in as a different admin user. I am the only admin user so I can't. Now it won't let me back into security wizard at all. What have I done - can it be remedied?

You could try joining the old workgroup c:\windows\system\system.mdw before opening the file. This may let you in through the "back door".

Hi, thanks for that - it's got system.mdw & system1x.mdw but when I go to open them it is prompting to convert from an older version. I created it in 2000 so I can only assume it's the wrong one. In the help files it said to copy all the objects to a new db so I shall probably have to do that.
