I have accidentally deleted some code somewhere in my db. Now it won't work at all. Fortunately I have a back up copy that I saved yesterday but it doesn't have any records in it. How do I import just the records, not the tables themselves?

I only have an hour before I go & it must be fixed for Mon morning. Any quick & easy methods? Help please!

From previous experience you can just use the copy and paste method providing the fields are in the same order etc.

Or just copy the code over from the working d/base!!

Or you can use the import (not sure you want this version though) which is file, get external data, then import. from here it's very easy.

I tried copying the code over & it didn't fix it. The import wouldn't give me a data only option. The copy and paste method I have used before & got all the phone numbers muddled up! However I think I'll go with 3/ and just be careful!!
