Access 2007

I am trying to create a report to replace a long running spreadsheet, I'm stuck with asthetics. The attached file is what I'm looking to achieve, but I cannot seem to find a setting or parameter to change the individual colors of the record entries.

I'm assuming I will have to do this in VBA, I just dont know what property I would need to target in order to get this changed

The simplest would be Format/Conditional Formatting (on the ribbon in 2007).
