I have a form/subform setup in which a one to many relationship exists. How can I get the subform to expand/shrink upon printing so that the all the records in that subform are printed? Right now, printing the form is What You See Is What You Get...and if more than one record exists in the subform, it does not show up on screen (without scrolling down in the subform) nor does it show up in the printout. Any advice is much appreciated, thanks.

You want to create a report with a subreport and print it that way. Then you will get all of your records to be displayed. Printing the form does not really work....
