I have a table that contains, date and time we received the request, date and time we asked for additional information, date and time additional information was recieved, and date and time we returned the original requests. We only count the time from 7:00Am - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. The table is set up to capture this as a Date/Time field for each one military time for the time fields and short date for the date fields. Each date and time field is a seperate column
I need to calculate is the total time between the Additional information requested and received (noting that it may take several days and only calculate M-F 7:00AM - 5:00 PM). The total time between time the request was received and the time the original request was returned (noting to only calculate M-F 7:00AM - 5:00PM), but subtracting out the time for additional information. I don't do alot of formulas in access so I would need this is the simpliest terms possible.
