Hi, i am trying to make a form in Access that uses names and numbers and i want to take what is typed into the form and dump it into microsoft excel so that each piece of data typed into the from has a column in excel, is that possible? if so, could someone please tell me how to do it? thanks.

Dr. all you have to do is go to tools and select Analyze with Excel. This will dump your data into an excel spreadsheet. Or you can ultimately do it from the table or query you designed for that form.
